In total as a parish we clocked up approx 17,000km over the last number of days while so far we have raised over €5k and counting for our ground developments.
The community spirit shown not just within the regions but the whole of the parish and beyond has been incredible. As a club, we are so proud of every single person who contributed in anyway to this event. It has been overwhelming and we in St Senans want to say Go raibh maith agat to everyone. Finally a special mention to our region team leaders who gave some much of their time, to the Coughlan family for continuing to allow us to celebrate the legacy of our club legend Birney Madigan and to the parish for getting involved. Some brilliant memories.

We are delighted to announce The overall champions of the Birney Madigan Parish Challenge for 2020 with 5,926.19km is…. SHANID!!!!!!!!! 
Second place with a grand total of 5,297.58km is Shanagolden!!!!!!
Third place goes to Foynes with an overall score of 3,225.80
Fourth place is Barrigone with an overall total of 2560km
